This specialist department of the Knightsbridge store offers a highly respected, expert, year-round, international gifting service to businesses of all sizes across a variety of industries who wish to reward, motivate, thank and acknowledge clients and colleagues.
Harrods Corporate Service is a long-standing client, having appointed Dovetail 20 years ago. Dovetail oversees the B2B marketing communications strategy for the retention and growth of a valuable corporate client database, managing marketing campaigns, media relations with specialist business and trade titles, showcase events, partnerships, business development and lead generation.

Innovative media pitches relating to seasonal product and relevant business angles pitched to B2B media outlets to generate news and feature editorial

CITY A.M. PA AWARDS
Dovetail established and organised the inaugural City A.M. PA Awards, in partnership with Harrods Corporate Service, designed to recognise, reward and celebrate London’s leading PAs and EAs. The awards recognise those individuals whose resilience, organisation and determination make them the core, indispensable force that fuels the engines of our organisations.
Nominations were encouraged from across creative industries and professional services. In the lead-up to the event, a series of print adverts for Harrods Corporate Service ran in issues of City A.M. to drive public nominations. A dedicated micro-site hosted by City A.M. profiled sponsors and prizes available, which Dovetail assisted to secure. This included Harrods Corporate Service, with a prize including a luxurious Hamper brimming with products from the world-renowned store.
Dovetail arranged for Bob Bob Cité to host the event in its Private Dining Rooms, taking the format of a glamorous cocktail dinner. From Sony and Spotify, to London & Capital and Lazard & Co, the awards finalists came from across London’s creative and professional industries. The finalists hand-selected by a panel of judges and the editorial team at City AM were narrowed down to two winners: one for City A.M. Creative Industries PA of the Year and one for City A.M. Professional Services PA of the Year. The awards were a resounding success which will return annually with dates to be announced for Q1 2025.
