Jayne is founder and managing director of Dovetail, which she launched in 1997 having previously worked directly with Richard Branson as part of the Virgin Management team at a time when the brand was expanding over many sectors including travel as well as finance and entertainment.

Highly respected as an advisor and an expert in developing business strategies for clients operating in the luxury lifestyle sector, Jayne prides herself on an innate understanding of the commercials around her client’s operations. Offering powerful business counsel on all matters related to the success of a campaign, her natural entrepreneurial spirit and infectious energy combined with a wealth of ideas and strategic introductions, will elevate and build a brand to grow a business and increase market share.

Jayne is founder of The Champion of Women Awards, held annually to recognise women across all sectors who champion others and has most recently raised much needed funds for Maggie’s and Young Women’s Trust. Jayne is an ardent supporter of numerous philanthropic projects and supports as patron and Committee member for The Elephant Family, The Felix Project, Quintessentially Foundation, Make a Wish and Caudwell Children.
